Auditoría energética del Hotel ACG de Los Villares

Abstract

[ES] El crecimiento del consumo energético ala par que el desarrollo,provoca la necesidad de implantación de una serie de medidas para su optimización. La finalidad del presente TFG es la cuantificación y clasificación delos diferentes consumos producidos en el 'Hotel ACG", así como el análisis de cada una de las oportunidades de mejora. La auditoria energética se ha realizado de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Norma UNE-EN 16247. Para ello se ha analizado las características constructivas de la instalación, cada uno de sus suministros energéticos y sus receptores. Mediante la realización de una contabilidad energética, se propone una serie de medidas, las cuáles se analiza su viabilidad para su posterior ejecución, y se establece un plan de actuación. En la instalación, existe un gran potencial de ahorro energético y de su coste asociado, haciéndose necesaria la realización urgente de algunas de estas medidas.[EN] The growth of the energetic consumption and at the same time, the development, cause the need to Establish series of Measures for Their optimization.
