Informe de Valoración de Acerinox S.A.

Abstract

Con este análisis, se pretende obtener un informe de valoración de Acerinox S.A. Una empresa que cotiza en la Bolsa Española y que forma parte del IBEX-35. Para ello, he utilizado el modelo de Descuento de Flujos de Caja Libres para la Empresa y el de Flujos de Caja Libres para el Accionista, pues considero que se adaptan a la realidad empresarial de Acerinox y a su capacidad de generar dinero. Como aclaración, aunque se ha pretendido que los cálculos tengan un alto grado de objetividad, la subjetividad siempre persiste. Por ello, los resultados se considerarán dentro de las restricciones que traen consigo la subjetividad. Como conclusión, se puede afirmar que la acción de Acerinox en Bolsa se encuentra sobrevalorada, debido a las diferencias entre el valor obtenido en los métodos y el valor de cotización de Acerinox.

With this analysis, it is intended to obtain a valuation report of the Public Limited Company Acerinox S.A. A company quoted on the Spanish Stock Market that is part of the IBEX-35.To do this, I have used the discount model of free cash flows, because it is the one that best adapts to the business reality and to its ability to generate money. It’s important to say that it has been tried that the reckonings have a high degree of objectivity, the subjectivity always remains, therefore, the results and conclusions must be considered within the limitations that subjectivity brings. In conclusion, it can be stated that the action of Acerinox in the stock exchange is overestimated due to the differences between the value obtained from the methods and the quotation value of Acerinox.
