(EN)Self-perceived health reflects the particular judgment or impression that a person has regarding his or her health in general terms. Adherence to healthy behaviors can increase the perception of well-being in children and adolescents. The objective of the study carried out was to examine the relationship between physical activity, time spent using screens for recreational purposes, self-perceived health and life satisfaction in a sample of adolescents. Two hundred and eleven students (50.2% boys) of Compulsory Secondary Education with an average age of 14.16 years completed the measures of interest. The results revealed the existence of a positive and statistically significant relationship between the number of days per week in which the participant was physically active and self-perceived health, as well as a negative relationship between the time spent on screen devices and health status. These findings are discussed considering the existing previous literature.
