EFECTO DE DIFERENTES COMPUESTOS ANTIMICROBIANOS SOBRE EL CRECIMIENTO DE PSEUDONOMAS SAVASTANOI IN VITRO

Resumen
[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Master se ha realizado un estudio in vitro del efecto de distintos compuestos antimicrobianos sobre el crecimiento de la bacteria Pseudonomas savastanoi causante de la tuberculosis del olivo. Para llevar a cabo el estudio se utilizaron seis cepas de esta bacteria obtenidas de olivos enfermos. Como compuestos antimicrobianos se emplearon ocho fungicidas cúpricos, un fertilizante potásico y 59 extractos obtenidos de aceitunas. El estudio in vitro se realizó siguiendo el método de las sobrecapas utilizando placas de Petri. Para la determinación del efecto que causaron dichos compuestos sobre el crecimiento de la bacteria, se identificaron aquellos que mostraron halos de inhibición y se midió su diámetro en milímetros. Los resultados obtenidos in vitro mostraron acción inhibidora del crecimiento para seis de los compuestos cúpricos, el fertilizante potásico y 28 extractos de aceitunas.
[EN] In this Master’s Thesis research, an in vitro study has been carried out on the effect of various antimicrobial compounds on the growth of the bacterium Pseudonomas savastanoi that causes the tuberculosis of the olive tree. To carry out the study, six strains of this bacterium were used from diseased olive trees. Eight copper fungicides, one potassium fertilizer and 59 extracts obtained from olives were used as antimicrobial compounds. The in vitro study was carried out following the method of the overlays using Petri dishes. For the determination of the effect that said compounds caused on the growth of the bacteria, those that showed halos of inhibition were identified and their diameter was measured in millimeters. The results obtained in vitro showed growth inhibitory action for six of the cupric compounds, the potassium fertilizer and 28 olive extracts.
