Resumen
[ES] Actualmente, estamos sumergidos en la era tecnológica, la cual
está muy marcada por el uso del Internet. Internet se utiliza a todas
horas, todos los días, por miles de millones de personas, en todas partes
del mundo y, en diferentes tipos de dispositivos. De este modo, el
marketing digital seguirá creciendo y revolucionando el mundo on1ine
puesto que es un medio de comunicación masivo de fácil acceso a las
organizaciones sociales.
En el presente trabajo de fin de grado se hablará sobre el
marketing digital. Para ello, en primer lugar, se mostrará su
evolución durante los años, se definirá este tipo de marketing y se
comentarán las principales herramientas de optimización de
marketing digital para las empresas. Y por otro lado, se analizará
un cuestionario diseñado en Google Drive sobre el marketing
digital incluyendo e-commerce, e-mailing, marketing móvil, etc.
con el fin de analizar el comportamiento del consumidor online.

Internet is used ali the time, every day, for billions of people everywhere, and in different kind of devices. In this way, digital marketing will continue to grow and to revolutionize the online world since it is a mass medium of easy access to social organizations. In this paper EOG will discuss the digital marketing. To do this, first of all, will be shown its evolution, over the years, this type of marketing will be defined and the main tools of digital marketing optimization for businesses will be discussed. On the other hand, a questionnaire designed in Google Drive about digital marketing including e-commerce, e-mailing, mobile marketing, etc. will be commented in order to analyze the behavior of online consumers.
