REALIDAD DE LO/AS MENORES MIGRANTES NO ACOMPAÑADO/AS TRAS EL SISTEMA DE TUTELA: EL CASO DE LA COMUNIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

Cumplir la mayoría de edad puede ser un suceso traumático para lo/as jóvenes migrantes extutelado/as sin la preparación adecuada o en situación de desamparo institucional y social. La dualidad a la que se enfrentan sobre ser menores y migrantes a la vez provoca un vacío legal donde acaban totalmente desprotegidos. Es aquí donde el papel del Trabajo Social cobra especial importancia, pues es una herramienta esencial en la inserción de esto/as jóvenes tras la tutela, sobre todo en la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía, donde se ha intensificado la llegada de menores migrantes no acompañado/as en desprotección social. En el presente trabajo, se analizará la realidad y las dificultades a las que se enfrentan lo/as jóvenes migrantes tras la tutela, poniendo el foco especialmente en Andalucía y en el rol de lo/as trabajadore/as sociales en su protección

Reaching the legal age could be a traumatic event for young exsupervised migrants without an adequate preparation or in institutional’s situation and social helplessness. The duality that they have to fase aboit being minors and same time migrants causes a legal void where they end up totally unprotected. It ́s here where the role of Social Work becomes especially important since it’s an especial tool for the social insertion of them after the guardianship, especially in Andalucía’s community, where the arrival of unaccompanied migrant minors has been intensified in vulnerability. In this bibliographic review, the reality and difficulties young migrant people after the guardianship Will be analyzed focusing on Andalucía, and the role of social workers in their protection
