LA RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL DEL EMPRESARIO

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo principal del trabajo consistirá en comprender el concepto de responsabilidad civil y, de manera más detallada, la responsabilidad civil del empresario. En primer lugar se estudiarán conceptos fundamentales para entender mejor la responsabi-lidad civil. Seguidamente se analizará de manera más minuciosa la responsabilidad del empresario, viendo así la parte más esencial sobre esta materia, como es la responsabilidad civil del em-presario en prevención de riesgos laborales, responsabilidad civil por accidentes laborales, la responsabilidad civil por infracciones de trabajadores a su cargo a terceros y los seguros. Para finalizar con el análisis de este tema habrá una conclusión en la que se expongan los puntos más críticos del trabajo, como los anexos correspondientes. La finalidad de esta investigación es tener un conocimiento más amplio sobre los derechos y obligaciones que tiene cualquier persona, pero sobretodo los empresarios, puesto que en el Grado en Administración y Dirección De Empresas se aprende cómo dirigir una empresa, pero no tanto las obligaciones que tienen los empresarios.

[EN] The main objective of the work will be to understand the concept of civil liability and, in more detail, the civil liability of the employer. In the first place, fundamental concepts will be studied to better understand civil responsibility. Next, the employer's responsibility will be analyzed in more detail, seeing the most essential part of this matter, such as the employer's civil responsibility in the prevention of occupational risks, civil liability for work accidents, civil liability for worker infractions at your expense to third parties and insurance. To conclude with the analysis of this topic there will be a conclusion in which the most critical points of the work are exposed, as the corresponding annexes. The purpose of this research is to have a broader knowledge about the rights and obligations of any person, but above all entrepreneurs, since in the Degree in Business Administration and Management you learn how to run a company, but not so much the obligations that they have entrepreneurs
