El presente estudio se encarga de comprobar las relaciones entre tres modalidades de trabajo (presencial teletrabajo y mixto), la salud y la actividad física. Además, observa otras variables influyentes como son las horas de teletrabajo, el género del trabajador y cómo influye la situación actual de pandemia por COVID-19. Se ha realizado un análisis de datos con IBM SPSS statistics con una muestra de 172 sujetos. En los resultados se puede observar que hay una relación significativa entre salud y actividad física, mayor frecuencia de actividad física indicaría mayor índices de salud global, entre actividad física y modalidad de trabajo, la modalidad teletrabajo es la que indica una menor frecuencia en la actividad física y entre género y salud global, las mujeres muestran una salud global peor independientemente de la modalidad.
The present study is in charge of verifying the relationships between three work modalities (face-to-face telework and mixed), health and physical activity. In addition, it looks at other influential variables such as hours of teleworking, the gender of the worker and how the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic influences.
