Resumen
Este trabajo de Fin de Grado consiste en la realización de una propuesta de intervención de los
hábitos saludables en Educación infantil. Es primordial trabajarlo en esta etapa, por ello, queremos
aplicarlos en el alumnado de una manera lúdica, dinámica y motivadora como es el juego,
fomentando el aprendizaje significativo.
El trabajo consta de un Marco Teórico, donde se fundamenta, según diversos autores, qué
importancia tiene la salud en esta etapa educativa, cuáles son sus pilares fundamentales, tal y como:
la higiene personal, la alimentación saludable y la actividad física y, además, como trabajarlos con
niños de edades tempranas.
El segundo punto importante además de los objetivos que vamos a trabajar, es la propuesta de
intervención que se desarrollará con los alumnos de 5 años. Trabajaremos con ellos durante tres
semanas. Todo ello a través de una metodología constructivista, en la que el alumnado es creador
de su propio conocimiento.
This Final Degree Thesis consists of the realization of a proposal to intervene healthy habits in early childhood education. It's Paramount to work on it at this stage, for that reason we want them to be applied in the students in a playful, motivating and dynamic, fostering a meaningful learning. This work is composed by a theoretical background which it is bassed on, in accordance with several authors, about the importance of health, what its mainstays are (personal hygiene, healthy eating habits, and physical activity), and the way to be applied with infant children. Its second important epigraph, apart from the objectives we are going to work with, is the intervention proposal that will be developed with 5-year students. This unit is going to be carried out during 3 weeks. Everything through a constructive methodology, in which the students are going to be the creators of their own knowledge.
