Abstract

La idea de negocio consiste en la creación de un salón de ocio en la población de Bailén. Esta idea surge del creciente interés de la población y son varios los motivos a los que se lleva a la apertura de un centro de ocio. En primer lugar, un gran número de la población se tiene que desplazar al pueblo de al lado para disfrutar de ello. Es uno de los principales motivos por lo que esta idea de negocio se llevará a cabo. En segundo lugar, el salón de ocio se situará en Bailén, en un pueblo que no dispone de este tipo de centro de ocio. Por esta razón, se prevé que no puedo contar con competencia directa ya que sería la primera vez que se permitirá un centro así en la localidad y será una ventaja competitiva frente a mis competidores de los pueblos cercanos. The business idea consists of the creation of a leisure room in the town of Bailén. This idea arises from the growing interest of the population and there are several reasons that lead to the opening of a leisure center. In the first place, a large number of the population has to move to the next town to enjoy it. It is one of the main reasons why this business idea will be carried out. Second, the leisure room will be located in Bailén, in a town that does not have this type of leisure center. For this reason, it is anticipated that I cannot count on direct competition since it would be the first time that such a center will be allowed in the locality and it will be a competitive advantage over my competitors from nearby towns.
