Resumen
[ES] Los recursos humanos han evolucionado a lo largo del tiempo.
Hemos podido ver como en el principio no había casi nada
desarrollado sobre ello, pero poco a poco se han empezado a
interesar más por la relación entre los trabajadores y el entorno
laboral. Pudiendo ver la gran variedad de estudios y autores
interesados por esta relación.
También se trata sobre los nuevos modelos y tendencias que han
aparecido a la hora de reclutar al personal, haciendo hincapié en
algunos programas, empresas y medios que han dedicado una
mayor implicación en el desarrollo de los recursos humanos,
empresas como Google, Facebook, Linkedin o Jobfie.

We could see how in the beginning there was almost nothing developed about it, but little by little they have begun to become more interested in the relation between workers and the work environment.
