Resumen
[ES] El sentido del humor y la risa son dos conceptos que en los últimos años han tomado un papel relevante en
1 campo de la psicología, debido al crecimiento de la psicología positive. En este Trabajo de Fin de Master
e realiza una revision bibliográfica donde se recogen los experimentos más actuals dirigidos a comprobar si
xisten beneficios de las terapias basadas en el sentido del humor y de la risa en los pacientes que padecen
strés, ansiedad y depression. Los resultados de los experimentos revisados indicant una mejoría en aquella
personas que han utilizado esta terapia, si bien existen algunas limitaciones metodológicas en los
experimentos que hacen dudar de la fiabilidad de los resultados.
[EN] Sense of humor and laughter are two concepts that have taken a relevant role in the field of psychology in recent years, dueto the growth of positive psychology. This master's thesis reviews the most current xperiments conducted with the goal of analyzing the benefits of therapies based on humor sense and laughter on wellbeing of patients suffering anxiety, depression of stress-related disorders. The results of the reviewed experiments showed an improvement in those patients who have used this therapy. However, here are sorne methodological limitations in the experiments that question the reliability ofthe results.
