LAS VULNERACIONES DE DERECHOS HUMANOS DE LOS MIGRANTES EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

Este trabajo se realiza con la intención de visibilizar las vulneraciones que sufren los inmigrantes (no europeos) en su llegada a España, tanto migrantes económicos como solicitantes de asilo. Este trabajo describe cinco situaciones que muestran la violación de los derechos de los migrantes como son la reubicación, las expulsiones en “caliente”, los Centros de Internamiento de Extranjeros (CIEs), los Centros de Estancia Temporal de Inmigrantes (CETI) y por último los Centros de Acogida de Refugiados (CAR). Las condiciones y servicios que se prestan a los migrantes en estas situaciones no están siendo coherentes con la legislación propia española, con los acuerdos internacionales ni con el Reglamento Europeo que contiene la carta sobre los Derechos Humanos, vulnerados en más de una ocasión.

This work is carried out with the intention of making visible the violations suffered by immigrants (non-European) on their arrival in Spain, both economic migrants and asylum seekers. This work describes five situations that show the violation of migrants 'rights such as relocation, "hot" expulsions, Foreigners' Internment Centers (CIEs), Immigrant Temporary Stay Centers (CETI) and finally Refugee Shelters (CAR). The conditions and services provided to migrants in these situations are not being coherent with Spanish legislation itself, with international agreements or with the European Regulation containing the letter on Human Rights, violated on more than one occasion.
