[EN] This work aims to point out the obstacles that women had to overcome in order to free themselves from the social stigma of “angel in the house”, and have access to higher education and positions, especially in the legal field. Little by little, it was possible to make several important advances in the field of law, and women achieved progressive equality throughout 19th and 20th centuries. The barrier of studies reserved for women was broken and female enrolments in universities increased, giving way to a society in which women entrepreneurs would begin to take their steps in the world of work. Finally, to give voice to women jurists, a didactic activity is proposed in order to make visible the work of eight women in the world of law starting from games and didactic learning.
