Resumen
[ES] El deterioro de las relaciones intergeneracionales durante la vejez es un problema que viene preocupando desde hace años a gerontólogos/as y otros/as profesionales. Este Trabajo Fin de Máster
presenta un proyecto de intervención centrado en las relaciones de las personas mayores con
generaciones más jóvenes para combatir el aislamiento y la soledad que suelen sufrir. Se pretende
realizar un acercamiento a la realidad de los/as mayores, para analizar y mejorar sus relaciones
sociales y, por ende, su bienestar personal. La música se empleará como medio conector para
fortalecer y crear nuevos lazos afectivos. Las actividades musicales planteadas abarcan la audición, la
interpretación y creación, y el movimiento y la danza. Se prevén beneficios tanto para los/as mayores
como los/as jóvenes participantes relativos al envejecimiento activo y a la capacidad de integración.
[EN] The deterioration of intergenerational relationships during old age is a problema that has been worrying gerontologists and other professionals for years. This Master ́s Thesis presents an intervention Project focised on the relationships of older people with younger generations to combat the isolation and loneliness they often suffer. It is intended to maje an approach to the reality of the elderly, to analyze and improve their social relationships and, therefore, their personal well-being. Music Will be used as a connecting means to strengthen and créate new emotional ties. The proposed musical activities include listening, interpretation and creation, and movement and dance. Benefits are foreseen for both the elderly and the Young participants related to active aging and integration capacity.
