(EN)This dissertation studies psychology and teacher’s training professors in Andalucia from the point of view of Positive Psychology to determine whether there are significant differences in the components of subjective well-being –life satisfaction and emotional affect– based on socio-demographic and labour variables. For this purpose, a sociodemographic questionnaire, the Life Satisfaction Scale, and the Affect Balance Scale were used by means of an ex- post-facto descriptive cross-sectional design carried out on a random sample of 211 teachers. Significant differences were found in gender, age, and teaching experience variables, showing that younger women with less work experience have more negative affect, and that people with some job stability experience greater life satisfaction. These results facilitate the understanding of a scarcely studied phenomenon and, at the same time, contribute to new research in this field of study.
