Nuevos usos de la arquitectura popular: puesta en valor del Cortijo de la Cañavera (Úbeda). Turismo rural y experiencias

Abstract

[ES] Los paisajes rurales andaluces, han sido el lugar donde se ha desarrollado un modo de vida tradicional basado en la explotación agraria y ganadera. Cuentan con un largo recorrido histórico, desde las primeras comunidades humanas que los habitaban hasta nuestros días, donde actualmente todavía se puede encontrar vida rural en los cortijos. En este trabajo, se realiza un diagnostico sobre la situación en la que se encuentra el patrimonio rural, mediante la recopilación de información existente sobre estudios ya realizados en este ámbito. Se reflexiona sobre aquellos factores que producen un acercamiento, de manera que se produzca una mayor concienciación para conservar este patrimonio que tiene un gran valor histórico, artístico o antropológico. Para conseguir su puesta en valor, conservación y posterior restauración y rehabilitación, se va a realizar una experiencia turística que combine el pasado con el presente, haciendo participes a los interesados de estos modos de vida tradicionales y vinculados a nuestro territorio.[EN] The rural andalusian landscapes have been the place where there has developed a traditional way of life based on farming and ranching. They have a long historical tour, from some of the earliest human communities that inhabited them until today, where currently it is possible to find rural life in the farmhouses. In this work, it is realized a diagnosis on the situation in which the rural heritage is found, through the compilation of information on studies already carried out in this field. It reflects on those factors that produce an approach, so that there is a greater awareness to conserve this heritage that has a great historical, artistic or anthropological value. To achieve its value, conservation and subsequent restoration and rehabilitation, there is going to be realized a tourist experience that combines the past with the present, involving those interested in these traditional ways of life and linked to our territory.
