[EN]The musical folklore of Andalusia is characterized by its richness, variety, and constant evolution. One of its most prominent and recognised manifestations is flamenco, which represents a fundamental part of the Andalusian culture and identity. However, flamenco has been and is quite ignored in the field of formal education even today. Although in recent decades some teaching materials and resources have spread in order to bring to school flamenco and traditional Andalusian music in general, its presence in the classroom is still very discreet and anecdotal. With this work, I propose to study the main features of Andalusian folk music focusing on flamenco, to analyse its inclusion in Early Childhood Education and to design a teaching unit for this stage focused on one of the flamenco palos.
