Abstract

El Trabajo Fin de Grado “Hijos Menores de 3 Años Hijos de Madres Presas” se basa en una investigación a través de revisión Bibliográfica de los aspectos relacionados con los hijos menores de 3 años de mujeres presas, tanto de los menores que residen con las madres en Centros Penitenciarios como de los menores que se separan de las madres mientras éstas cumplen su condena. Esta revisión Bibliográfica tiene como objetivo conocer que sucede con estos menores abordando temas como el marco normativo que los protege; los centros en los que éstos residen junto a sus madres mientras éstas se encuentran privadas de libertad; el impacto que conlleva vivir en un centro penitenciario para éstos o estar separados de la madre; qué sucede cuando éstos cumplen tres años, el papel de las asociaciones y fundaciones en ésta problemática; o el papel del trabajador social con este colectivo, entre otros aspectos

The Final Degree Project "Children Under 3 Years of Age Children ofImprisoned Mothers" is based on the bibliographic review of everything that isrelated to the children under 3 years of imprisoned women, both of the minors who reside with the mother in Centers Penitentiaries such as minors who are separated from the mother while she is serving her sentence. This bibliographic review aims to know what happens to these minors, addressing issues such as the regulatory framework that protects them; the centers in which they reside with their mothers while they are deprived of liberty; the impact of living in a penitentiary center for them or being separated from the mother; what happens when they are three years old, the role of Associations and Foundationsin this problem; orthe role ofthe Social Worker with this group, among other aspects
