Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como objeto la exposición de la
tecnología “People Analytics”. Esta novedosa técnica ha permitido
agregar valor añadido a las organizaciones, revolucionando los sistemas
de control de personal y empresarial que había hasta el momento.
Dicha herramienta auxilia en la identificación y cuantificación
sistemática de las personas con el objetivo de impulsar resultados de
negocio para mejorar la toma de decisiones y transformando las lógicas
e indicadores de RR. HH en descubrimientos rigurosos, relevantes y
certeros.
El proyecto se dividirá en dos partes; la primera, enfocada a la
profundización en esta tecnología, pasando por su origen, elementos,
ideas y barreras, antecedentes y ventajas, así como por el método de
aplicación y los diferentes tipos que complementan y enriquecen esta
técnica; la segunda parte se basará en la exposición del proyecto de
implantación de esta tecnología en la empresa Nielsen Holdings.
The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to expose the "People Analytics" technology. This new technique has allowed to add value to organizations, revolutionizing the personnel and business control systems that existed until now. This tool helps in the systematic identification and quantification of people with the objective of driving business results to improve decision making and transforming HR logics and indicators into rigorous, relevant and accurate findings. The project will be divided into two parts; the first one, focused on the deepening of this technology, going through its origin, elements, ideas and barriers, background and advantages, as well as the application method and the different types that complement and enrich this technique; the second part will be based on the presentation of the project of implementation of this technology in the company Nielsen Holdings.
