Resumen
Diseño e implementación, mediante soldadura en una placa de inserción, de un sistema de medida
autónomo para la toma de imágenes, usando una cámara VC0706, medida de irradiancia en el plano del
generador fotovoltaico y temperatura de módulo fotovoltaico mediante un sensor DS18B20, con registro
en tarjeta SDHC, a una frecuencia de muestreo fija de 5 minutos diseñándose una aplicación software en
Arduino IDE.
Se basa en una placa de desarrollo comercial que integra el microcontrolador ESP32 funcionando en modo
ahorro de energía mientras está inactivo. Sale de este modo gracias a una interrupción, activada por la
alarma preajustada de un RTC que usa I2C y proporciona una base de tiempos para el registro de datos.
Se mide la irradiancia a partir de una célula solar calibrada conectada a una resistencia shunt en paralelo
adaptándose la tensión de la resistencia con un ADC de 16 bits que usa I2C.
Design and implementation of an autonomous measurement system for image acquisition using a VC0706 camera, irradiance measurement in the plane of the photovoltaic generator and photovoltaic module temperature measurement using a DS18B20 sensor, with data logging on SDHC card, at a fixed sampling rate of 5 minutes, is carried out by soldering on an insertion board and designing a software application in Arduino IDE. It is based on a commercial development board that integrates the ESP32 microcontroller running in power saving mode while idle. It exits this mode thanks to an interrupt, triggered by the preset alarm of an RTC that uses I2C and provides a time base for data logging. Irradiance is measured from a calibrated solar cell connected to a shunt resistor in parallel by adapting the resistor voltage with a 16-bit ADC using I2C.
