Resumen
[ES] A partir del aprovechamiento de los subproductos del olivo las empresas pueden
mejorar su competitividad, contribuir con el medio ambiente y valorizar su cadena de
valor.
Oleícola El Tejar inicio su actividad en este campo hace mas de 40 años, en los cuales
ha ido modificando sus procesos con el fin de aprovechar íntegramente estos
subproductos y así adaptarse mejor a las necesidades del mercado.
Esto objetivos fueron posibles a partir de grandes trasformaciones e inversiones en
I+D+I por parte de la empresa, las cuales a largo plazo han significado una mayor
rentabilidad para esta.
[EN] Taking use of olive products companies can improve their competitiveness, contribute to the enviroment and enhace their value chain. Oleícola El Tejar began their activity in this field over 40 years ago, over the years it has been changing their processes in order to make full use of those products so they can adapt to the market needs. These objetives were posible because of large transformations and investment in R + D + I that the companie has assumed, in a long-term perspective these transformations and investments have made a higher rentability for the companie.
