SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA EN LA WEB

Abstract

[ES] En la siguiente memoria, en carácter de Trabajo de Fin de Máster, se ha intentado realizar una recopilación de los datos más actuales y relevantes que corresponden con la información relacionada con la seguridad alimentaria que se puede encontrar en el ámbito web. Al mismo tiempo, se ha efectuado un análisis de las mismas. Se han tenido en cuenta los diferentes organismos, sociedades o grupos de personas que fomentan dicha información, y las noticias falsas que se publican en internet o las redes sociales para posteriormente contrastarlas entre ellas con objeto de llevar a cabo una visión general de la información que se transmite de manera oficial o no, y lo que finalmente obtiene el consumidor para su conocimiento y su propia puesta en conciencia de lo que toman como seguridad alimentaria.

[EN] In the following report, as a Master ́s Dissertation, we have made an attempt to compile the most current and relevant data that concern to the information that we can find on the web related to food safety, carrying out an analysis of them, and considering the different organizations, companies or groups of people that promote such information, and also the fake news that are published on the internet or social media to contrast them with each other later, in order to carry out an overview of the information that is transmitted officially or not, and what the consumer finally obtains for their knowledge and their own awareness of what they learn as food safety.
