[ES] En este trabajo se han realizado distintas técnicas de disrupción celular para conseguir la ruptura celular de la biomasa, aplicando por un lado electrólisis y por otro lado presión y temperatura simultáneamente. A la biomasa a la que se le ha aplicado la disrupción, se le extrae la materia grasa, para después obtener biodiesel a partir de la reacción de transesterificación.
