(EN)Currently, the subject of Physical Education (PE) tends to be eminently practical, while the more theoretical educational content tends to be displaced. Therefore, the aim of this Master's Dissertation was to investigate the scientific literature in search of an effective, innovative and attractive methodology for teaching and learning theoretical PE content in the CLIL context. A didactic proposal was developed and carried out with students in the PE classroom comparing two groups: a control group where a traditional methodology was applied, and an experimental group using a Student-Centred Methodology (SCM) (Flipped Classroom techniques). The main results indicate that the SCM proved to be more effective than the traditional methodology in terms of content and foreign language learning, as well as in some variables of the students' subjective perception (motivation, cooperation, communication, and mastery of learning).
