Resumen
El presente proyecto trata sobre el diseño y simulación de una línea de ensamblaje de PCBs a su radiador. Esto es
un problema frecuente en el ámbito industrial de cualquier empresa de fabricación de productos en masa. En
concreto, este producto conlleva un proceso de remachado a dos puntos, un atornillado y finalmente un testeo
de la pieza, mediante visión por computador, para comprobar que todo esté correcto. Además, en él se realizará
una investigación sobre la industria 4.0 y sobre cómo están trabajando hoy en día las empresas industriales. Para
la programación del PLC y del panel HMI se ha usado TIA Portal, para la simulación del sistema Siemens NX y para
la programación de la estación de visión, MATLAB en el cual se ha recurrido a la realización de una interfaz
mediante GUIDE. El PLC usado es el S7-1500 1516-3 PN/DP y un KTP700 Basic PN como panel HMI, ambos del
fabricante Siemens.
This project is about a PCB and heatsink assembly line’s design and simulation. This topic is very common in industrial field which works in mass production. In particular, this product has a crimping process following by a screwing process and finally, it has a test process by computer vision to check all parts of the product. In addition, an investigation about industry 4.0 and currently working on an industrial enterprise. In order to programming PLC, it has been taken TIA Portal, Siemens NX to simulation and MATLAB to programming vision station, upon which GUIDE has been used in order to realise the interface.
