Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) tiene por finalidad analizar el mercado laboral desde una perspectiva de género, haciendo especial hincapié en los factores que inciden a perpetuar la configuración de espacios masculinizados y feminizados y de las dolencias que manifiestan los cuerpos femeninos. Se trata de exponer los principales motivos por los que, a día de hoy seguimos asistiendo a la posición desigual, en todas sus vertientes, del colectivo femenino frente al masculino. Este análisis que se aborda a continuación es clave para en el desarrollo del módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral ya que el fin último de este es preparar al alumnado de cara a su desarrollo profesional. De ahí que se hace indispensable abordar la realidad que presenta el terreno laboral para hombres y mujeres y así adquieran una capacidad crítica y reflexiva que contribuya a lograr una igualdad “real” de género.
[EN] The current paper aims to analyze the labor market from a gender perspective, focusing on the factors that have some influence perpetuating the creation of masculinized and femininized spaces, as well as the ailments manifested by female bodies. The document tries to expose the main reasons for the existence of the inequality of women and men in all its aspects. This analysis is key for the correct development of the subjects of Training and Career Counseling due to its ultimate end: prepare students for their professional development. Hence, it is essential to address the reality that the labor field presents for men and women, and thus, acquire a critical and reflective capacity that contributes to achieve “real” gender equality.
