Resumen
[ES]En este TFG presentamos un estudio del mercado de laboral español, desde sus principales componentes así como la inflación en dicho mercado junto al desempleo y los actores institucionales.
El objetivo es alcanzar un conocimiento más amplio sobre la evolución del mercado laboral en España, analizando así, las distintas crisis que ha atravesado desde la década de los 70 hasta la actualidad. Se dan a conocer los procesos de reestructuración que se han llevado a cabo para hacer frente a las mencionadas crisis mediante la aceptación de reformas en materia de derecho laboral.
Por último, analizaremos la difícil situación en la que se encuentra la tasa de desempleo actualmente en España así como las diferencias y similitudes con el mercado laboral alemán.
[EN]This TFG present a study of the Spanish labor market, since its main components as well as inflation in the market along with unemployment and institutional actors. The objective is to achieve a broader understanding of the evolution of the labor market in Spain and analyzing the various crises that has gone through since the 70s until today. We know the restructuring processes that have been carried out to address the crises mentioned by accepting reforms in labor law. Finally, we study the difficult situation in which the unemployment rate currently in Spain as well as the differences and similarities with the German labor market.
