LAS VÍCTIMAS COLATERALES DE LA VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO . PROCEDIMIENTOS CON MENORES HIJOS E HIJAS DE VÍCTIMAS DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO

Abstract

Las consecuencias que un caso de violencia de género, especialmente sobre la mujer, dentro de una pareja o familia que puede haber sobre los hijos e hijas pueden ser muy diversas. En este trabajo se va a hacer un análisis sobre cuáles son los daños que sufren, de manera indirecta e incluso directa en algunos casos, los hijos e hijas en dichas situaciones. Así cómo los motivos que pueden dar lugar a la violencia de género en el hogar y los diferentes tipos de esta que pueden existir. Por último, esta investigación se va a centrar en los derechos de los que disponen los menores en este tipo de situaciones y, por consiguiente, también se centrará en el campo jurídico, es decir, en las diferentes leyes y procedimientos legales llevados a cabo en estos casos.

The consequences that a case of gender violence, especially on women, within a couple or family that may be on the children can be very diverse. In this paper an analysis is going to be made about the damages suffered, indirectly and even directly in some cases, by the sons and daughters in each situation. As well as the reasons that can give rise to gender violence in home and the different types of gender violence that may exist. Finally, this research will focus on the rights available to minors in this kind of situation and, therefore, will also focus on the legal field, that is, on the different laws and legal procedures carried out in these cases.
