[EN]At present, the suppliers face an environment where the needs of the demand constantly change. In addition, consumers are each time more qualified, better informed and thus, they are more demanding. They no longer conform with standardised tourist packages, but, they demand personalized products and services. In this context, creative tourism is configured as a tool capable of adapting to changes in demand. In this End of Degree Project I have analysed the creative class, the creative tourist and the creative city. Likewise, I have studied the origin and evolution of the big creative tourism initiative such as the Creative Cities Network of the UNESCO or the Creative Tourism Network. Finally, I conclude by giving an answer to the question: What has made that creativity is being applied to tourism?
