Resumen
Este trabajo es una propuesta de programación didáctica para el área de Educación Física, en la que utilizaremos el Crossfit como herramienta para crear una adherencia y una motivación en el alumno hacia la práctica diaria de actividad física, tanto dentro como fuera de la escuela.
Trabajaremos el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices básicas y específicas con distintos tipos de herramientas. Esta programación pretende llevarse a cabo en el tercer ciclo de primaria, más concretamente en quinto curso, en el colegio Alfredo Cazabán, centro educativo de carácter público, situado en la provincia de Jaén. Nuestra clase cuenta con un total de 23 alumnos.
This work is a didactic programming proposal for the Physical Education area, in which we will use Crossfit as a tool to create adherence and motivation in the student towards the daily practice of physical activity, both inside and outside of school. We will work on the development of basic and specific motor skills with different types of tools. This program aims to be carried out in the third cycle of primary school, more specifically in the fifth year, at the Alfredo Cazabán School, a public educational center, located in the province of Jaén. Our class has a total of 23 students.
