posterior a éste.

[EN]To analyze the association between the subjective and objective fatigue in free olimpic wrestlers from Torredelcampo (Jaén). Materials and methods: A total of 37 people (14.35 ±3.6) participated in this study. The objetive fatigue was doing the comparison between a counter-movement jump previous to a workout and another one after it. The subjective fatigue was measured using the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS; Krupp, LaRocca, Muir-Nash, & Steinberg, 1989). Results: The subjective fatigue doesn’t show a direct significant correlation associated with the difference of both counter-movement jump (objective fatigue). The measures of counter-movement jump (CMJ)improved after the workout in comparison with the previous measures. Conclusion: In wrestlers of free olimpic wrestling, the more was the tendency to feel fatigued, it doesn’t increase the objective fatigue produced after a workout of médiumhigh intensity in comparison with the rest of the wrestlers. Key words: Fatigue, free olimpic wrestling, counter-movement jump (CMJ)
