[ES] ACTUALMENTE, SON NUMEROSAS LAS RUTAS GASTRONÓMICAS QUE SE REALIZAN DE FORMA ASIDUA A LO LARGO DE LA GEOGRAFÍA ESPAÑOLA CON EL PROPÓSITO DE CONSERVAR, MANTENER Y PROMOCIONAR LA CULTURA GASTRONÓMICA Y SER MOTOR DE ATRACCIÓN DE TURISTAS. ES TAL LA IMPORTANCIA DE LAS RUTAS DENTRO DEL LA TIPOLOGÍA TURÍSTICA GASTRONÓMICA, QUE SE HA ELEGIDO COMO TEMA PRINCIPAL DEL TFG. PARA ELLO, SE HA BUSCADO INFORMACIÓN SOBRE TURISMO GASTRONÓMICO Y LAS RUTAS GASTRONÓMICAS QUE SE REALIZAN A NIVEL NACIONAL, REGIONAL Y LOCAL, HASTA DETERMINAR QUE EL CASO DE ESTUDIO ES EL V CERTAMEN GASTRONÓMICO DE LA PROVINCIA DE JAÉN. TRAS ESTO, SE HA REALIZADO UN ANÁLISIS DEL ENTORNO, SE HAN DETERMINADO LOS ELEMENTOS DE COMUNICACIÓN Y SE HA REALIZADO UN ESTUDIO DE LA OFERTA TURÍSTICA MEDIANTE LA REALIZACIÓN DE UNA ENCUESTA CON 37 PARTICIPANTES QUE SE HA ANALIZADO POSTERIORMENTE. PARA FINALIZAR, SE HAN DETERMINADO LAS LIMITACIONES Y FUTURAS LÍNEAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN.
[EN] NOWADAYS, THERE ARE NUMEROUS GASTRONOMIC ROUTES THAT ARE CARRIED OUT REGULARLY THROUGHOUT THE SPANISH GEOGRAPHY WITH THE PURPOSE OF CONSERVING, MAINTAINING AND PROMOTING THE GASTRONOMIC CULTURE AND BEING THE MOTOR OF ATTRACTION OF TOURISTS. SUCH IS THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ROUTES WITHIN THE GASTRONOMIC TOURIST TYPOLOGY, WHICH HAS BEEN CHOSEN AS THE MAIN THEME OF THE TFG. TO THIS END, INFORMATION HAS BEEN SOUGHT ON GASTRONOMIC TOURISM AND THE GASTRONOMIC ROUTES THAT ARE CARRIED OUT AT NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL LEVEL, UNTIL DETERMINING THAT THE CASE OF STUDY IS THE V GASTRONOMIC CONTEST OF THE PROVINCE OF JAÉN. AFTER THIS, AN ANALYSIS OF THE ENVIRONMENT WAS CARRIED OUT, COMMUNICATION ELEMENTS WERE IDENTIFIED AND A STUDY OF THE TOURIST OFFER WAS CARRIED OUT BY CONDUCTING A SURVEY WITH 37 PARTICIPANTS, WHICH WAS SUBSEQUENTLY ANALYSED. FINALLY, LIMITATIONS AND FUTURE LINES OF RESEARCH HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.
