Resumen
En el presente Trabajo Final de Grado se presenta el diseño y modelado BIM de una nave industrial, generada con el
programa Revit 2020.
Se creó un Plan de Ejecución BIM en el que se establecieron las bases, reglas y estrategias seguidas para conseguir un
trabajo coherente y coordinado bajo la metodología BIM, y con ello, lograr los objetivos marcados.
Se desarrolló tanto un modelo estructural como uno arquitectónico, así como también el modelado del emplazamiento.
Vinculando e integrando los tres anteriores, se obtuvo el resultado final de la nave en 3D. A partir de dicho modelo final
se obtuvo cierta documentación para completar el trabajo (planificación en tiempo, planos, presupuesto y visualización
final).
El cálculo de la estructura y el de las instalaciones no se ha llevado a cabo en este trabajo.
In this Final Degree Project, the design and BIM modeling of an industrial warehouse is presented, generated with the Revit 2020 program. A BIM Execution Plan was created in which the bases, rules and strategies followed were established to achieve a coherent and coordinated work under the BIM methodology, and with this, achieve the objectives set. Both a structural and an architectural model were developed, as well as site modeling. Linking and integrating the three previous ones, the final result of the ship in 3D was obtained. From said final model, certain documentation was obtained to complete the work (time planning, plans, budget and final visualization). The calculation of the structure and the facilities have not been carried out in this work.
