Resumen
La reestructuración de las empresas es un proceso que ocurre en todos los negocios, porque todos ellos, van a ir a través de crisis o momentos dificiles, en los que es necesario un curso de acción que viene de Administración para ser capaz de superar todos los obstáculos que existen en el medio natural.
Todos los días, hay negocios que tienen que interrumpir sus actividades, ya que no son capaces de llevar correctamente a cabo un proceso de reestructuración.
En este proyecto se demuestra que en un proceso reestructuración, los empleados son los que sufren las consecuencias negativas y en la mayoría de los casos son despedidos para reducir los costes laborales.
Es el momento de cambiar los métodos para llevar a cabo estos procesos, porque en realidad este es el principal recurso de la empresa.
Sin personas, no existe ninguna empresa ni sobrevive.
Corporate restructuring is a process that occurs in every business, because in all of them, they will go through crisis or difficult times, in which it is necessary a course of action coming from Management to be able to surpass every obstacle that exist in the natural environment. Every day, there are businesses that have to stop their activities and close, because they are not able to correctly carry out a restructuring process. In this project is demonstrated that a restructuration process, the employees are those who suffer the negative consequences and in most of the cases they are dismissed to reduce labor costs. It is time to change the methods to perform these processes, and that the management team assesses the potential of their human resources, because in reality this is the major asset of the company
