[ES]El mercado laboral en España se ha caracterizado a lo largo de los años por su inestabilidad, de ahí que el Estatuto de los Trabajadores publicado en 1980 haya sufrido diversas reformas a lo largo de las últimas décadas. A lo largo del trabajo se realiza una análisis de la evolución a lo largo de la historia de dichas reformas, de sus aspectos y consecuencias más relevantes, haciendo un especial énfasis en la reforma de 2012, tanto en su contenido como en sus efectos o consecuencias, por ser una de las reformas de mayor calado e importancia que se han llevado a cabo en el mercado de trabajo español, y que sin duda ha marcado la calidad de empleo, y por tanto de vida, de muchos españoles durante los últimos años
