APLICACIÓN DE LA POLÍTICA INDUSTRIAL Y TECNOLÓGICA A UN SECTOR INDUSTRIAL DETERMINADO: EL ACEITE DE OLIVA EN ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata de mostrar un enfoque actual del sector oleícola en Andalucía. A lo largo del documento se da una visión general del sector y mediante técnicas y herramientas de análisis se muestran una serie de factores debilitantes del sector oleícola andaluz. Por último, con la aplicación de políticas industriales y tecnológicas se trata de proponer medidas y actuaciones para fortalecer al sector y subsanar sus puntos débiles.

The following thesis will try to provide an up-to-date outlook of the olive sector in Andalusia. A general vision of the sector is show throughout the document; and with a series of techniques and analysis tools, a set of weakening factors of the Andalusian olive sector are presented. Conclusively, with the application of the industrial and technological policies, the end goal is to propose measures and actions that will both strengthen the sector and heals its fragile poins.
