Resumen
Este trabajo fin de grado examina la importancia de la Educación Emocional en el profesorado de Educación Infantil. En la primera de este trabajo se presenta la fundamentación teórica sobre el tema. Para ello se parte de las emociones y el desarrollo emocional de los niños. Seguidamente se analizan las emociones en el ámbito educativo, para finalizar examinando la importancia de la educación emocional en los docentes y revisando diversos programas para trabarla en los docentes. En la segunda parte de este trabajo de carácter más aplicado se realiza la pasación de dos cuestionarios al profesorado y se propone un programa de formación en Educación Emocional para los docentes de Educación Infantil.
This End of Bachelor Degree Project examines the emotional intelligence and his influence on Childhood Education teachers. In the first of this work the theoretical foundation on the subject is presented. For this, it parts of the emotions and emotional development of children. Then, the emotions are analyzed in education to finish examining the importance of emotional education in teachers and reviewing various programs to work it on teachers. The second part of this work is more applied, through the distribution of two questionnaires to the teachers, and a training program of Emotional Education for teachers of Childhood Education is proposed.
