EL DERECHO A LA DEPENDENCIA Y SU FINANCIACIÓN.

Abstract

[ES] Cabe señalar que este estudio es meramente el inicio de una investigación, sin pretender llegar a unas conclusiones determinantes o definitivas. El objetivo de este estudio es facilitar la entrada y poner en conocimiento esta problemática actual de gran debate político en torno a esta cuestión, que aunque no es novedosa, está en debate actualmente. El fin de este trabajo es ver la compatibilidad y relaciones de las diferentes prestaciones de Seguridad Social. Una breve referencia a la dependencia, prestaciones y financiación de la misma. Por último, estudiaremos un caso real aunque anónimo de grandes dependientes en el que se mostrará la capacidad económica y las prestaciones y ayudas que se reciben en función de la situación de cada sujeto.

[EN] This study is merely an early stage research without a definite closure, just as a reference. The purpose of this study is to ease the access and informing about this current issue of huge politic debate, even though not new but is being discussed at the moment. The scope of this work is to show the compatibility and relations of the different non-contributory Seguridad Social benefits. A brief reference regarding dependence, benefits and its funding. Finally, we will assess a real case but anonymous of great dependants where income capability, benefits and support given according to the personal circumstances will be shown.
