Resumen
[ES] Motivado en las carenci as detectadas de planificación en
materia de comunicación en la pequeña y mediana empresa, este
trabajo aborda la realización de un plan de comunicación para un
establecimiento de reducida dimensión y corte fami liar, como es
Boutique Tato's dedicado a la comercialización de artículos para
niños pequeños, fundamentalmente ropa y artículos necesarios
para sus primeros años de vida.
Para ello se desarrolla un ejercicio de análisis de la
situación tanto externo corno interno. A partir de este análi sis se
ofrece una matriz DAFO en el que se establece un diagnóstico de
situación sobre el que plantear obj etivos alcanzables y se
elaboraran diferentes estrategias y actuaciones.
Todo esto es acompañado de un cronograma y presupuesto
estimado, junto con una serie de medidas que permitirían el
seguimiento y control de su ejecución. Para finalizar se recogen las
principales conclusiones obtenidas
[EN] Motivated planning identified shortcomings in communication in small and medi um enterprises, this paper addresses the implementation of a communication plan for establishment of small size and fami ly court, as Tato's Boutique dedicated to marketing articles for young children, mainly clothing and items needed for their first years of Jife. To do an exercise of analysis of both externa! and interna! situation it develops. From the analysis a SWOT matrix in which a diagnosis of the situation on which raise achievable goals and different strategies and actions be developed is set is offered. This is accompanied by a timetable and estimated buclget, along with a series of measures that woulcl allow monitoring and control execution. Finally the main conclusions are collected.
