Estudio descriptivo de la producción científica en trabajo social. Posibles alcances para la profesión

Abstract

Cada día se publican documentos científicos dentro del área del Trabajo Social que nos proporcionan nuevos conocimientos y herramientas de actuación. Analizar y revisar los documentos aportados por parte de la comunidad científica de Trabajo Social durante los años 2020 y 2022, será el objetivo principal. Se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica en la base de datos Web of Science, de las fechas deseadas, acotando los datos a aquellos con relevancia en el área del Trabajo Social, así como la exclusión de aquellos idiomas que no fueran inglés y español. Del material recopilado, un total de 3.696 documentos científicos, clasificados en los apartados: autores, países, dominios de investigación, áreas de investigación, tipo de documentos, bases de datos, idiomas, años y fuentes; se constata que existe una gran producción de documentos científicos en el área del Trabajo Social. From the material collected, a total of 3,696 scientific documents, classified under the following headings: authors, countries, research domains, research areas, type of documents, databases, languages, years and sources, it can be seen that there is a large production of scientific documents in the area of Social Work. However, there are several inequalities to be faced
