Resumen
[ES] La Unión Europea es una de las organizaciones internacionales más grandes del mundo y por ello se producen continuamente colisiones entre las diferentes jurisdicciones de los Estados Miembros. Para evitarlo se ha llevado a cabo una especie de uniformidad en cuanto a sistemas normativos se refiere y favorecer de esta manera el espacio de libertad, seguridad y justicia para todas aquellas personas que se encuentren por la razón que fuere en la UE. Se ha demostrado con el paso de los años, que tanto la UE como los EEMM tienen la capacidad suficiente para poner en funcionamiento una política legislativa que proteja a todos por igual y esto significa que se va a seguir haciendo en el futuro
[EN] The European Union is one of the largest international organizations in the world and therefore there are constant conflicts between the different jurisdictions of the Member States To avoid it, a kind of uniformity has been carried out in terms of regulatory systems and thus favoring the area of freedom, security and justice for all those who are for any reason in the EU. Over the years, it has been shown that both the EU and the Member States have the ability to put in place a legislative policy that protects everyone equally and this means that it will continue to be done in the future.
