Resumen
Este trabajo consta de tres bloques principales de información: cognición y procesos cognitivos, rendimiento académico y actividad física. Nosotros queremos demostrar si dichos términos tienen relación, estudiando y analizando cómo podemos mejorar nuestro rendimiento cognitivo y otros aspectos ligados a la cognición a través de la actividad física en edad escolar. Para ello hemos seleccionado algunos artículos e investigaciones en los cuáles se ha intentado dar respuestas a nuestro tema, dando prioridad a aquellos que destacasen la relación entre dichos bloques, apareciendo en ellos información y datos que podrían ayudarnos a tener una mejor calidad de vida teniendo consciencia de ello. Tras el análisis de dichos artículos hemos comprobado que se puede llegar a mejorar el rendimiento académico de nuestros discentes y sus respectivos procesos cognitivos a través de la práctica de actividad física, teniendo que profundizar e indagar mucho más sobre este tema realizando más estudios e investigaciones.
This work consists of three principal blocks of information: cognition and cognitive processes, academic performance and physical activity. In this work we want to prove if those terms have relation studying and analyzing how we can improve our cognitive performance and other aspects related to cognition through physical activity at school age. For this we have selected some articles and research in that we have tried to meet answer to our topic. We have given priority to those that highlight the relation between these blocks the terms to be analyzed, appearing in them information and data that could help us to have a better quality of life being aware of this. We have verified that the academic performance of our students can be improved and their respective cognitive processes through of physical activity, having to delve into and investigate much more on this subject by conducting more studies and research.
