EVALUACIÓN DE EXPOSICIÓN AL RUIDO DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE UNA ALMAZARA

Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Máster muestra los conocimientos adquiridos durante el desarrollo del Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. En este caso en la especialidad de Higiene Industrial, a través de la realización de una evaluación de exposición al ruido de los trabajadores de una almazara de la provincia de Jaén. En el marco legislativo laboral tiene vital importancia la prevención de riesgos laborales, así como las medidas correctoras para prevenir dichos riesgos.
Este trabajo comienza con la observación directa de las actividades realizadas en la almazara, con el objetivo de identificar la exposición al ruido a la que están sometidos los trabajadores y los posibles efectos y riesgos que tiene el ruido para la salud del personal de la almazara, además de mencionar otros riesgos que suelen estar presentes en este tipo de establecimientos.
La parte más importante de este TFM se puede decir que es la medición, que se llevará a cabo con una metodología que se aplicará más adelante, y las medidas correctoras que se propondrán una vez se analicen los datos obtenidos y se comparen con los del RD 286/2006, sobre la protección de la salud y la seguridad de los trabajadores contra los riesgos relacionados con la exposición al ruido, además de seguir las indicaciones de las guías y notas técnicas de prevención del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
También se analizará el instrumento con el que se realiza la medición, en este caso un sonómetro (tipo 1), y los tipos de protectores auditivos que utilizan los trabajadores y su correspondiente atenuación, sin menoscabar la incertidumbre y error que pueden resultar de la medición.
[EN] This Final Master's Degree Paper shows the knowledge acquired during the development of the Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. In this case in the specialty of Industrial Hygiene, through the accomplishment of an evaluation of exposure to the noise in an oil mill of the province of Jaén. In the labor legislative framework, the prevention of labor risks is of vital importance, as well as the corrective measures to prevent such risks. This work begins with the direct observation of the activities carried out in the oil mill, with the objective of identifying the exposure to noise to which the workers are subjected and the possible effects and risks that noise has on the health of the oil mill personnel, in addition to mentioning other risks that are usually present in this type of establishments. The most important part of this TFM can be said to be the measurement, which will be carried out with a methodology to be applied later, and the corrective measures that will be proposed once the data obtained is analyzed and compared with those of RD 286/2006, on the protection of the health and safety of workers against risks related to exposure to noise, in addition to following the indications of the guides and technical notes on prevention of the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work. The instrument with which the measurement is made, in this case a sound level meter (type 1), and the types of hearing protectors used by the workers and their corresponding attenuation will also be analyzed, without reducing the uncertainty and error that can result from the measurement.
