Resumen
Este trabajo fin de máster propone un protocolo de investigación para analizar el impacto del entorno y la vivienda en la recuperación de la independencia funcional de personas con discapacidad mayores de 65 años tras el alta hospitalaria. El objetivo es identificar los factores clave del entorno y la vivienda que influyen en la independencia funcional y explorar la relación con las necesidades del paciente. Se utilizará un diseño de estudio de cohorte analítico longitudinal prospectivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra se seleccionará de forma consecutiva y no probabilística entre personas mayores de 65 años dadas de alta hospitalaria. Las variables independientes serán las barreras del entorno y la vivienda, y la variable dependiente será el nivel de independencia funcional. Se recopilarán datos a través de evaluaciones de seguimiento y se utilizará el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para el análisis de datos .
