ANÁLISIS DE EFICIENCIA DE LOS CLUBES DE BALONCESTO EN LA LIGA ACB.

Abstract

[ES]La eficiencia es una característica que muchas empresas y organizaciones persiguen, conseguir todo lo posible a través de la buena organización. Diferentes autores han dado una gran consideración a la necesidad de medir la eficiencia en los diferentes clubes deportivos, debido a su álter ego con el resto de organizaciones presentes en la economía que les rodea. Contemplamos de este modo las necesidades y carencias que radican en cada asociación deportiva, siendo en su conjunto las que les hacen estar en la posición que presentan. En este trabajo de fin de grado intento analizar los diferentes clubes que el baloncesto español ofrece, y comparo de este modo su forma de actuar y la clasificación obtenida, dando como respuesta el grado de eficiencia de los mismos. Será a través de este dictamen donde veremos la capacidad de las organizaciones de conseguir los objetivos propuestos con un determinado nivel de recursos ya pactados.

[EN]Efficiency is a feature that many companies and organizations pursue, getting everything possible through good organization. Different authors have given great consideration to the need to measure efficiency in different sports clubs, due to their alter ego with the other organizations present in the economy that surrounds them. In this way we contemplate the needs and shortcomings that lie in each sport association, being in their sets that make them stand in the position they present. In this work, I try to analyze the different clubs that Spanish basketball offers, and thus compare their way of acting and the classification obtained, giving as answer the degree of efficiency of the same. It will be through this opinion that we will see the ability of organizations to achieve the objectives proposed with a certain level of resources already agreed.
