LA ANIMACIÓN GERIÁTRICA ESTUDIO DE LA SITUACIÓN ACTUAL EN INSTITUCIONES SOCIOSANITARIAS DE LA CIUDAD DE JAÉN

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se estudia el funcionamiento interno de las instituciones que prestan servicios para personas mayores, divididos en dos dimensiones, lo socia l y lo sanitario. Los protocolos y programas de actuación que recogen están centrados en ofrecer estos servicios basados en criterios de eficiencia y calidad. La atención sanitaria es fundamental ante este colectivo ante el aumento de dependencia y el padecimiento habitual de enfermedades, no siendo más importante que la parte social, donde la animación sociocultural se convierte en una disciplina que beneficia ambos ámbitos. La finalidad principal de este estudio es investigar el papel que ocupa la animación sociocultural en estas instituciones, como se planifican y ejecutan las actividades y la opinión de los profesionales.

[EN] In the present work we study the interna! functioning of institutions that provide services far the elderly, divided into two dimensions, the social and the health. The protocols and action programs that they collect are focused on offering these services based on criteria of efficiency and quality. Health care is essential to this group in the face of increased dependency and the usual suffering of diseases, not being more important than the social part, where sociocultural animation becomes a discipline that benefits both a reas. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role played by sociocultural animation in these institutions, how activities are planned and executed and the opinion of professionals.
