Generación Eléctrica con Biomasa procedente del Olivar. Viabilidad Socioeconómica y Medioambiental

Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo se menciona la importancia que tiene la biomasa del olivar en la provincia de Jaén, como fuente de aprovechamiento energético y por lo tanto persigue el estudio y análisis de la puesta en marcha de dos plantas de generación eléctrica que utilizan como combustible la poda del olivar y los residuos de las industrias agrícolas ambas con una potencia de 15 MW.
La metodología empleada para hacer el análisis de la información de varios puntos del tema y realizar los cálculos correspondientes fue la suministrada por la base de datos de la agencia andaluza de energía y el IDEA (Instituto para la diversificación y Ahorro de la Energía).
Por otra parte también se tuvo en cuenta los cambios ocurridos en el nuevo sistema de retribución, establecidos en el RD 413/2014, de 6 de junio, que se complementa con la Orden IET/1045/2014 del 16 de junio.
Finalmente se realizó el cálculo de los diferentes indicadores de rentabilidad económica como la TIR, el VAN y el Pay Back, donde los resultados indican que este proyecto debe ser aceptado por su gran beneficio económico, además por su
aporte a la generación de empleo en las zonas rurales y su contribución al Medio Ambiente mediante la disminución de la emisiones de CO2.
[EN] This study mentions the importance that the biomass has of the olive grove in the province of jaen as source of energy utilization and therefore this Project is intended to research and analyze the launching of two electric energy plants that uses the pruning of the olive grove and the residues of the agricultural industries as fuel both with 15 MW of power. The methodology used to do the analysis of information of several points of the topic and to make the appropiate calculations it was provided by the database the Andalusian Energy Agency and the IDEA (The Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving) On the other hand, also was taken into account the changes that have ocurred in the new system of remuneration, established in the RD 413/2014 of june 6, that is supplemented by the Ordinance IET/1045/2014 of june 16. Finally, different economic performance indexes are determined like the TIR, VNA and Pay Back according to the study, this Project must be accepted for your great economic benefit, also for your contribution to the employment creation in the rural áreas and its contribution to the environment with the decrease of CO2 emissions.
