Resumen
Mediante el siguiente trabajo se presenta un programa de intervención orientada a trabajar las Emociones básicas a través de la Educación Emocional en los niños de Educación Infantil. Los objetivos principales de este programa son que los niños conozcan las diferentes emociones, así como usar esa información para guiar la conducta y su autorregulación, ayudar a los niños a manifestar sus emociones ante los demás y valorar todo tipo de pensamiento emocional para poder desarrollar en ellos un aspecto positivo. Para fomentar todos estos aspectos positivos que tiene la Inteligencia Emocional sobre los niños se ha elaborado una propuesta didáctica basada en las Emociones básicas, en la cual se podrá desarrollar en un aula de 5 años, pudiendo ser modificable y adaptable a toda la etapa de Educación Infantil. Este programa está pensado para trabajar mediante una metodología participativa, activa, grupal e individual para adquirir una serie de conocimientos significativos.
By the following work an intervention program aimed at working basic emotions through Emotional Education in preschool children is presented. The main objectives of this program are that children know the different emotions and use that information to guide the conduct and self-regulation, helping children to express their emotions to others and appreciate all kinds of emotional thinking to develop them a positive aspect. To encourage these positive aspects of emotional intelligence on children has developed an educational proposal based on the basic emotions, which can be developed in a classroom of 5 years and may be modifiable and adaptable to every stage of Education infantile. This program is designed to work through, active, group and individual to acquire a number of significant knowledge participatory methodology.
