[ES] La crisis económica y social provocada por la pandemia del COVID-19 ha dejado un escenario desolador para la economía española. El sector de la hostelería ha sido uno de los más perjudicados. De esta forma, ha habido un gran número de cierres de negocios que ha abierto la posibilidad de nuevas
oportunidades empresariales ahora que la mayoría de la población está vacunada.
Este plan de empresa explora una oportunidad de negocio no explotada anteriormente: un restaurante de comida sorpresa. Los clientes conocerán los platos de cada tipo de menú y deberán de seleccionar
uno de ellos. El restaurante elegirá del menú un plato al azar que será siempre una especialidad de la
casa. El plan de empresa que a continuación presentamos estudiará todos los factores que se deben
de tener en cuenta para su correcta ejecución junto a su estudio de viabilidad económica, financiera y
técnica.
[EN] The economic and social crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has left a desolate scenario for the Spanish economy. The hospitality sector has been one of the hardest hit. As a result, there have been a large number of business closures, which has opened up the possibility of new business opportunities now that the majority of the population is vaccinated. This business plan explores a previously untapped business opportunity: a surprise food restaurant. Customers will be introduced to the dishes on each type of menu and must select one of them. The restaurant will choose a random dish from the menu, which will always be a house specialty. The business plan presented below will study all the factors that must be taken into account for its correct execution together with its economic, financial and technical viability study.
